Coco Longa Naturals is an eco-conscious manufacturing venture based in Mysore, with operations extending across other southern parts of Karnataka. Rooted in sustainability, we are committed to responsible sourcing and environmentally friendly production practices.
We convert coconut husks — a natural agricultural residue — into premium growing media and organic soil conditioners for growers worldwide. Our integrated approach means zero waste: every part of the coconut husk is converted into a value-added product, from coir fibre to coco peat to organic media/manure.
Circular: Raw materials and products kept in circulation for as long as possible — nothing goes to waste.
To be a globally trusted provider of sustainable agri solutions that enhance soil health worldwide.
To create sustainable value from natural resources through precise, environmentally conscious manufacturing.

NurseriesDerived from superior-quality coconut husks sourced from the renowned Kalpavruksha belt of Karnataka. Every batch is washed, dried, and compressed under controlled conditions — ensuring uniform EC levels, optimal moisture, and consistent expansion across all product types.
Key Benefits
Compressed organic blocks with a combination of Cocopeat, Vermicompost, Turmeric Powder, Neem Powder & Bio Charged Ash — based on customer blends and crop specifications.
100% Organic
Nutrient-rich conditioner from upcycled coco peat residues — zero waste, high impact.
Bulk Supply
Compressed organic manure blocks for easy transport and application in field crops.
Field Grade
Provides powerful benefits for soil health and plant protection. Neem acts as a natural insecticide and slow-release fertilizer, while turmeric adds anti-fungal and anti-bacterial protection to the roots.
Soil Health · Plant ProtectionWe produce high-quality organic manure by utilising by-products from coco peat processing. This supports a zero-waste ecosystem while delivering nutrient-rich soil conditioners that enhance fertility and stimulate long-term soil health across all crop types.
Key Benefits
Premium coconut husks sourced from reliable large-scale growers in the renowned Kalpavruksha belt of Karnataka, India. Quality control begins at sourcing — husks carefully evaluated for moisture content, maturity stage, and fibre strength. Immature husks can lead to poor water retention and inconsistent texture. A controlled aging process is followed before washing and buffering to reduce natural salt levels.
Husks are processed into coir fibre and coir pith using advanced industrial machines.
Conduct 3–5 leaching cycles to reduce magnesium, sodium and calcium salts. Washing is the most critical factor in determining the quality of cocopeat. Electrical conductivity (EC) varies between raw, washed, and buffered cocopeat.
Sun drying is the most effective method for producing high-quality cocopeat. The material is dried to a moisture content of 15–20%, then sieved and graded according to specific requirements.
Pressing & packing are critical, final stages in cocopeat manufacturing that transform loose coir pith into high-value, export-ready products. The process uses hydraulic or mechanical presses to compress the material (often at a 5:1 ratio) into blocks, bricks, or grow bags, followed by sealing and labelling.

Washed & buffered to achieve target EC. Normal (<3.0), Basic (<0.8), Deluxe (<0.8 buffered), Premium (<0.3 buffered+washed).
Naturally ideal pH for most crops — verified per batch
Coco peat naturally falls at 5.5–6.5 pH — optimal for nutrient uptake across all growing systems.
Optimal moisture before compression
Dried to 15–20% moisture before pressing — prevents mould in transit while guaranteeing maximum expansion ratio.
Chips classified into 5 precise grades
Chips sieved into 5 grades (2–25mm) and visually inspected. Consistent particle size ensures predictable air-water ratios.
Uniform compression for consistent expansion
Each block pressed to precise dimensions. Density sampled per run to guarantee uniform expansion batch after batch.
Calcium buffering available on request
3–5 fresh water wash cycles to flush sodium. Buffered grades treated with Calcium Nitrate — essential for hydroponic growers.
Seven reasons our partners choose us — and keep coming back.
